Shipping Domestic

READY TO SHIP items are shipped using usps 3 day priority mail within a week upon receiving payment for your order. I am a one woman show so sometimes it can take a week before I get packages out.

MADE TO ORDER items take a solid 4-6 weeks for delivery. Where I am at in my process when the order is placed along with how many out standing orders I have currently will determine how long you will wait. If you would like to know if your piece is on the list for the next round of pots please feel free to contact me. I work as fast as my hands can make while still producing quality work. Im a one woman show and I really appreciate your patience and understanding that hand made ceramics take time.

Shipping International

I ship to Canada and the UK so far. Pieces can be in transit for 30+ days I will replace a damaged piece for no charge but you must pay for re-shipping. Again I pack my pieces very well so this rarely happens but some countries are rougher with packages and I can not be held responsible if the post mis-handles the package. 

Returns

EXCHANGES/RETURNS
I don't give refunds unless there was an error on my part. Please contact me and we will work it out.
you are responsible for returning the piece back to me undamaged. 

**USA/CANADA **All custom orders are finale sale. Unless there is damage from shipping on my part, In that rare case I will either issue a refund or will remake the item for you. I pack my pieces very well and this VERY rarely happens. If the piece is damaged upon arrival at my fault I request photographs and then if you decide to have a replacement made I bump you to the top of my todo list and send it out ASAP. You do not have to pay shipping twice if the damage is my fault. 

LOSS IN THE MAIL- If for some reason your piece is lost in the mail we can both file an insurance claim up to $100. If the piece says it was delivered on my end I can not be held responsible for finding where your piece actually went. Please contact your local post office before contacting me. I am really nice and I want you to get your piece so it is possible to work something out if it doesnt turn up. If a piece goes unclaimed at the post office and is returned to me I will ship it out to you again but you must re-pay for shipping.
